OnlineDTH accepts online and assisted phone/WhatsApp bookings for DTH connections, set-top boxes and accessories. We coordinate eligible DTH installations with the respective brand’s local authorised team. Airtel Digital TV, Tata Play, Dish TV and D2h names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; OnlineDTH does not claim ownership of those brands.
Every connection is subject to customer KYC, brand approval, plan availability and PIN-code serviceability. Prices and recharge benefits shown on the product page apply to the selected offer at the time of booking. A stated annual or 12-month benefit may include an advance recharge paid by the customer; it is not represented as free cash.
After a valid booking, the relevant brand’s local team generally contacts the customer and coordinates installation within 2–24 hours. This is a service target, not an unconditional guarantee. Weather, local stock, KYC, customer availability, holidays and PIN-code limitations may cause delay. Standard installation is included only where stated. Extra wire, connectors, special mounting or non-standard work may cost extra and must be explained before use.
Before activation, a customer-requested cancellation is eligible for refund after a 12% processing deduction. If OnlineDTH or the relevant service network cannot fulfil the booking before activation, the customer receives a full refund without that deduction. Once a DTH connection is installed and activated in the customer’s name, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Remotes and other accessories are shipped separately by courier, normally in 5–7 working days. Damage, wrong-item and transit-loss claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs/unboxing evidence where reasonably available.
Payments must be made through the methods displayed on the website or communicated on an official OnlineDTH channel. New connection enquiries are handled daily 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
