Installation: After serviceability and booking confirmation, the respective DTH brand’s local authorised team generally contacts the customer and coordinates installation within 2–24 hours. Timing is subject to PIN code, stock, KYC, holidays, weather and customer availability. Standard installation is included where stated; extra wire, connectors or special mounting may cost extra only after customer approval.

Cancellation: Before activation, customer-requested cancellation is refunded after a 12% processing deduction. If OnlineDTH or the service network cannot fulfil the booking before activation, the refund is 100% with no deduction. Activated DTH connections are non-refundable.
