This is a new D2h HD connection offer. The ₹3,600 displayed amount is the total booking offer amount; the applicable recharge/plan balance and selected channel pack are confirmed with the customer before activation. It is not represented as free cash.
What the offer includes
- D2h HD set-top box, viewing card, remote and standard connection hardware.
- HD picture and digital sound, subject to TV compatibility and selected channels.
- Recharge/plan value applicable to the chosen offer, explained before activation.
- Standard local installation where serviceable.
Installation: After serviceability and booking confirmation, the respective DTH brand's local authorised team generally contacts the customer and coordinates installation within 2–24 hours. Timing is subject to PIN code, stock, KYC, holidays, weather and customer availability. Standard installation is included where stated; extra wire, connectors or special mounting may cost extra only after customer approval.
Cancellation: Before activation, customer-requested cancellation is refunded after a 12% processing deduction. If OnlineDTH or the service network cannot fulfil the booking before activation, the refund is 100% with no deduction. Activated DTH connections are non-refundable.
